What Athletes Will Learn
Footwork & Positioning
Master the fundamentals of infield footwork — first-step quickness, proper angles, and positional alignment that give athletes a competitive edge on every play.
Arm Strength & Accuracy
Develop a strong, accurate arm through targeted throwing programs, long toss progressions, and mechanics work designed to maximize velocity and reduce injury risk.
Game Situation Reps
Train for real game scenarios — double plays, slow rollers, backhand plays, charging the ball, and communication with teammates. Repetition in game-like situations builds instinct and confidence.
Data-Driven Feedback
Using Stalker Radar, OVR laser timers, in-lesson video and a personalized profile in our app, athletes receive measurable, objective feedback on their performance — tracking reaction time, range, and arm metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Mental Approach
Great infielders are mentally tough. We teach athletes how to process mistakes quickly, stay locked in between pitches, and compete with confidence in high-pressure situations.
Technology We Use
The Facility
Our Northport, AL facility gives infielders everything they need — a full baseball infield, a full softball infield, and dedicated training space for footwork drills, arm care, and game-situation work. Athletes train in a professional environment designed to replicate the demands of real competition.
